Kids love it. Flat was big enough for us to have some private moments and for them to have their own room. Everthing was nice, cosy and charming.

Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und voll ausgestattet (auch die Küche), Sauberkeit top. Schnell erreichbare Innenstadt, wenige min zu Fuß oder mit Bus (direkt vor der Tür) und Bahn (kurze Runde ums Eck). Bäckerei direkt am Haus. Hygienekonzept ist gut, kein Kontakt zu irgendwem. Austausch mit dem Vermieter über Telefon oder Mail. Parkplatz gesichert im Garten Bereich. Es werden keine Schlüssel benötigt, alles über Codierte Schlossanlage. Supermarkt und Cafe am Ende der Straße.

Grācu pēdējos 14 gados apmeklēju 1-2 reizes gadā. Šie apartamenti ir labākie no visas manas iepriekšējās pieredzes. Die sind die beste Apartamente in meinen 14 Jahre langen Erfahrung der regulären Reisen nach Graz!!!!! Vielen Dank Gudrun & Andreas!!!!

Super net ingericht appartement. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Centrum op loopafstand, goede parkeergelegenheid. Makkeijke toegang d.m.v. eigen pin-code.

Mit Abstand das beste Airbnb das ich jemals bewohnen durfte. Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung und alles ist sauber und sehr neu. Kommunikation und Check In haben sehr gut funktioniert. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Wochenendtrip in Graz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was perfect. I think that this place should be put out as an example on how a well equipped apartment should look like, especially in the kitchen. Everything you would need for a short and long term stay. Not to mention that it was perfectly clean and comfy. The location is also great. It's close to the university so also close to a lot of hip place to have coffee, breakfast or a drink in the evening. We didn't meet the hosts but the check-in is smooth. Communication is great, whatever question we had was answered very quickly. Would stay again and longer than two nights we spent there. Graz is a beautiful city and this place was nice to be in.

Wederom een zeer goed verblijf in Blue flat. Alles aanwezig in het appartement. Zeer netjes en verzorgd. Ook locatie in centrum helemaal top! Komende januari weer geboekt.

We had a very comfortable stay close to the city centre and the university. The flat looked gorgeous and was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided for a rather cheap price and we are looking forward to coming back again! :)
