Very very nice place, easy access to go to town. We walked to center of city in 20 min (with two children). Clean, nice communication with owner, everything working perfect. Foodstore and cafès 3 min walk from the appartement. Well recommnended. Everything was as described, nothing to complain about. Top place, and top owner! Made our stay a really good experiense!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit WOW-Effekt !!! Dies ist das bis dato beste und schönste Apartment, in dem ich je Gast sein durfte. Die wunderbar geschmackvolle, harmonische u durchdachte Ausstattung hat mich nachhaltig beeindruckt. Die Lage im Uni-Viertel perfekt - diverse Beisln, Restaurants u Bäckereien (eine davon sogar im eigenen Gebäude - echt super !) - alles fußläufig, auch das Zentrum nur ca 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Öffis ebenfalls in d Nähe... Die Betten (Boxspring-Betten !) ein Traum, die Ausstattung lässt in Summe keine Wünsche offen (sogar ein Trockner steht zur Verfügung), liebevolle Deko-Artikel und die tadellose Sauberkeit machten meinen Aufenthalt zu einer absolut runden Sache ! Vielen Dank, lieber Andreas für diese Perle von Wohnung!

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr wohl In der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Graz!

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute Lage im Univiertel. Von dort aus ist eigentlich alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ins Zentrum sind es 15-20 Min. Andreas war sehr nett und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben 1 Monat in der Unterkunft von Andreas verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach (da es einen Türcode gibt) und auch die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sie war sauber und vor allem von der Küchenausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat auch gut funktioniert, er war sehr nett und hat sich immer so schnell es ging um unsere Anliegen gekümmert (wir hatten einmal Probleme mit dem Licht im Badezimmer). Wir können die Unterkunft von Andreas nur weiterempfehlen!

Great apartment.. It's clean stylish and in a great location.... Also a great price... Me and my wife can totally recommend this apartment it's in a great location right by the university and just 10- 15 walking min from the old center we for sure will come again.. Unbeatable price for this kind of apartment!

A marvelous place to stay, very close to groceries, cafes, the Schlossberg, and city center. Andreas was a great host and very responsive before and during our stay! Very clean and comfortable! Will be back if we’re ever back in Graz

Thank you Andreas for hosting us at your apartment in Graz. We stayed a week ago in Graz in the centre of the city, and this time needed parking, so your place was perfect. It was exactly as pictured, maybe even a bit bigger, perfect size for my husband and I and our teenaged son. Great to park right outside the unit. Easy instructions to follow to drive in through gates and to self-check-in. Love the decor. Great to have the washer/dryer combo. Very comfortable beds (my son says the best of this whole trip for the pull out couch!). We found the botanical gardens nearby which were lovely, and not a long walk to the main part of Graz. Would stay again if in Graz again.

Sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer Top Lage zur Universtät. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas sowie der Check In waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.
