Do not think again, book your next trip and this lovely appartment A lovely appartment building (search google for Graz rentals) ideal for travellers coming with a car. Location is great, very calm and safe, next to University and a 15-minute walk (no big roads, through the park) to Hauptplatz. Very clean appartment, nicely decorated and fully equipted. Contactless check in worked perfectly. Would certainly book again! And an added bonus - backery at a corner has great bread and coffee, so your mornings can start beautifully. A few travelling tips: if travelling with car, I would recommend visiting Zotter chocolate factory and caste Riegersburg (50 minute drive). Old town of Graz is lovely and worth a visit. Do not miss Schlossberg, would suggest going up with funicular and down with an elevator. You can use free tram rides in the old town where there are signs Altstadt-Bim.

Wir waren restlos begeistert. Absolut empfehlenswert :-) Angefangen beim kostenlosen Parkplatz, der liebevollen Ausstattung, den bequemen Betten, genügend Stauraum, schnelle Kommunikation, der Lage, die Laufnähe in die innere Stadt… Das Einzige was man vielleicht beachten sollte, wenn man in dem Schlafzimmer über dem Eingang vom Bäcker schläft, dort findet sehr früh die Anlieferung statt. Ohropax sind von Vorteil.

Alles perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Appartement ist sehr sauber, liebevoll und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet! Wir kommen wieder und ich kann das Appartement jedem weiterempfehlen!!

Perfekt! Wir hatten alles, was wir uns in dieser Wohnung wünschen konnten. (Sehr komfortabel, ruhig, voller Ausstattung, geräumig, sehr sauber, kostenloser Parkplatz,…). Zögern Sie nicht, diese Wohnung zu mieten, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.

A lakás nagyon kényelmes, jól felszerelt, kisgyerekes családoknak is megfelelő. Szép, nyugodt környezetben, közel Graz belvárosához. A szállásadók kedvesek, rugalmasak, minden igényünknek megfelelt a hely. Köszönjük 🙂

This place is amazing! It’s a wonderful apartment with secure parking and within walking distance to a wonderful park and downtown Graz. The apartment is perfect for coming to visit students at the university and for any kind of stay. There was everything you could need. The hosts provided a very clear check-in process that was easy to follow. We recommend staying here to anyone coming to Graz!

Ruime kamers, compleet ingericht, schoon en op loopafstand van het centrum van de stad. In een mooie omgeving bij de Universiteit van Graz en de auto kon perfect bij de accomodatie worden geparkeerd.
