Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung, umfassend ausgestattet (komplette Küche!), sehr bequemes Bett, tolles Anwesen, zentrale Lage (direkt gegenüber der Uni Graz), unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kontakt. Ich würde hier sehr gerne wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank!

I would return to this apartment again. Here you will find everything you need upon arrival. The apartment is located in a quiet area. Some windows face the road, others into the courtyard. The apartment was clean, the bed and the sofa were comfortable, poured out well. Modern design, dishwasher, washing machine is in this apartment. For us it was important. I want to say thank you to the owner for the comfort. A small minus for us. The apartment is located on the first floor and through the windows that overlook the street you can hear the noise from the cars and from the people walking along the sidewalk.

Detailed instructions for check-in. Stylish and well-equipped little apartment (comfortable for 2, just enough for 4 people) with a lot of good books, DVDs. Kitchen with a big fridge. Very central location at the university, city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and the bed is comfortable. Nice bakery at the corner. Parking place right in front of the building.

Casa cómoda y limpia, con todo lo necesario disponible, parking en la puerta, a 15 minutos andando del centro, en zona agradable con bares, restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Muy recomendable!!

Le logement était propre, bien équipé, bon wifi. L'hôte était très sympatrique et répondait rapidement à nos demandes. L'appartement est grand, à quelques minutes du centre en auto.

Mooi ruim appartement. Rustige omgeving. Op loopafstand van de binnenstad. Goede verbinding met openbaar vervoer. Bij een volgend bezoek zeker weer boeken.

Mi sono fermato solo una notte nella struttura ma ho trovato un appartamento molto comodo, pulito e dotato di ogni servizio.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz. Die Küchenausstattung ist mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und viel Geschirr, Gläsern und Töpfen top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein- und Auschecken ist mit Code bequem und einfach. Kommen beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.

Sehr ordentlich und gemütlich. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Mit dem Schlüsselcode eine super Idee. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe.
