Cancellation and trip interruption insurance:
It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the holiday you've booked has to be cancelled or cut short.
We would like to save you the costs and hassle that this entails. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance.
Our prices:
Our prices are controlled by pricing software, so each day can have different prices. The price depends on the occupancy rate in Graz and that of our flats.
The usual price range is between €70 and €150 per apartment per day/night, but depends on the size, the number of people and the portal through which you book. There are also weeks/weekends during certain events in Graz and Styria where prices can rise to over €250 per day/night.
The price range mentioned here is without guarantee and depends on the number of guests, the period and the size of the apartment and is always exclusive of cleaning and tourism fee.
All costs such as tourism fee, tax, final cleaning and parking for one (1) car/motorcycle are included in our offered prices. Please inform us if you will be using a trailer or require further parking spaces for €25/day. Lorries/trucks are not allowed.
Please always state the total number of people who will be staying in the apartment! In general there is an additional charge of €15 per person per night for each additional guest starting with the third guest. Furthermore, the Graz tourism fee is €2.5 per person and night. All of these amounts will be included in the final amount when booking online through our website.
